Cover illustration for Joanna’s Bodies by Eugenia Triantafyllou, from Psychopomp (who graciously made it free to read online). This is a story about where friendship ends and co-dependence begins, a tale of twisted love and horror that was a 2024 Nebula Award Finalist.
It also gave me an obsession with this modern Greek Euro that features the design of an ancient Athenian coin. A friend brought me one of these fancy owl coins back from a trip to Greece, and if you look closely, you’ll find it in a few places on my site.
